After being taken advantage of by a predatory contractor, Chad New of Shreves Construction came out to inspect my home to evaluate the costs involved in returning it to a livable state. After numerous emails and phone calls over a 28 day period, my call today revealed that they "thought they sent me an email," and that they were now not proceeding with the job they were brought on to do.

We waited 28 days; our case was delayed 28 days while these guys sat around doing nothing. We needed their evaluation to help recover the money stolen by this contractor so my daughter could go to college. Chad came out, didn't even take any notes, really, for a 3,500 sq ft house; simply took some pictures, and was never heard from again, until today.

I was going to give them the job once things were finished, but, obviously that won't be happening now.
